The Site and Services are not intended for and may not be used by people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally-identifiable information from persons under 18. Additionally, if a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under 16 years old has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected] If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
GitClear uses third party vendor retargeting tracking cookies, including the Adroll tracking cookie. This means we will continue to show ads to you across the internet.
If you do not wish to see ads from GitClear you can opt out in several ways:
Lawful Grounds. If you reside in the EU, we rely on the following lawful grounds under the GDPR to process (collect, store, and use) your personal data: (a) it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you; (b) our or a third-party’s legitimate business interest; or (c) your consent.
