The number of people making changes in your repositories may fluctuate month-to-month. By default, GitClear tries to process stats for any "Active Contributor," which is defined as a "committer that has authored a commit within the past 30 days inside a repo you have imported."

If you exile a committer (such as a bot), they will not be included among your "active contributors." When a developer makes commits from multiple work stations, we will automatically connect those identities such that they only count as one contributor (even if the committer may author commits from multiple email addresses).

If you have fewer subscription seats than Active Contributors, we will only process stats for contributors that have a seat assigned. Learn more about Subscription Seats on its dedicated help page.
