This bounty requires the developer to enhance the existing Voice Notes plugin

Functionality required:

Support recordings up to 60 minutes or more and make sure the Whisper/OpenAI calls are done correctly and within rate limits

Make sure the plugin works correctly on Android, iOS, web, Desktop

Ensure edge cases such as screen going dark during long recordings don't interrupt the plugin experience or thoroughly document why this is not possible

In the plugin settings page, let the user mark the actions to be taken on the transcribed text (action = OpenAI call); let the user create their own prompts or choose as many of the following:

Summarize text (shortened version)

Main points made (very brief bullet list)

Extract tasks

Formulate follow-up questions

Also in the settings page, let the user mark whether they want the stats to be shown at the bottom of the result

Also in the settings page:

Choose whether new recordings are appended to the same note or each to a new note

And let the user choose the tag combination to be applied to that new note
