This plugin offers user interface in an embed in the sidebar for navigating to Daily Jots based on the date
Settings supported:
First day of the week
Default tag to look into
Features:
Always show a month view of the current month my default
Click on a date to jump to the corresponding note
Show UI for navigating to past/future months
Button to jump to current month
Indicate if a jot exist for each day
Shift-Clicking on a day with no jot with create that jot and navigate to it
Indicate if tasks exist for each day
Button to jump to year view
Clicking on a month will open a month view of that month
Ability to navigate to past/future years
Shows a button that lets users choose a different tag to look for daily jots in
Extra features added February 27th, 2025:
Clicking and Shift-clicking on a week number or month number will navigate to/ create a note for that week/month
Bonus features added April 16th, 2025
When hovering over a day, we see a tooltip showing all tasks/events happening that day
Clicking on a task in the tooltip jumps to the containing note
